Process:

Once your exchange request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the item from your address.

The very next day after pickup, we will dispatch your new replacement product.

If you wish to return a product and receive a refund, the following terms apply:

Reverse Shipping Fee: A minimal reverse shipping charge will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the return delivery costs.

Refund Method:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded directly to your original payment source.

COD / Cash Orders: Refunded directly to your bank account via UPI.

Refund Processing Time:

Your refund will be initiated after the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check.

Once received, the refund will be credited to your account within 36 to 48 hours.
